There is no decoupling as I see it. In fact the BRIC trade mirrors very closely to the USA only with a BETA above 1. This CHART is in it's infancy. I will add indicator's to the chart in the future to try to get ahead of the top's and bottoms. We have witnessed the birth of the next bubble, it will be followed by Alternative Energy .
